Tasting note:
Color: golden yellow, leaning towards straw.
Nose:
Primary aromas: yellow fruits, pear, pineapple, quince.
Secondary aromas: apricot yogurt, brioche, beautiful expression of ageing on lees and/or in oak.
Tertiary aromas: dried rhubarb, vanilla, cooked mango.
Palate: Extra-Brut Champagne with a lovely roundness. Crisp acidity, medium-plus aromatic intensity. Balanced complexity across all three aromatic levels. The Pinot Meunier expression is round, well-defined, with a long finish.
A wine to enjoy now, with solid ageing potential.
