Yesterday at Le Livre de Cave, we had the pleasure of welcoming winemaker Maxime Ullens, a young winemaker from the Montagne de Reims and former architect, with whom we have worked for several years. We had the opportunity to taste his superb cuvée LPM – Extra Brut, which is now available to taste at Le Livre de Cave.
