Come and taste with the winemaker: Matthias Planchon!

Based in Sancerre, this young winemaker is often described as the future Didier Dagueneau. Even if this is a glowing description, it doesn’t prevent Matthias Planchon from adopting an exemplary discretion.

He has 5 hectares of organic vines in AOP Sancerre, a renowned appellation that knows how to sublimate the Sauvignon blanc by giving it a nice freshness, while respecting its roundness and its exotic aromatic.

You can taste his two 2019 white vintages, as well as samples from the 2020 vintage. Freshness and delicacy will be at the rendezvous!
