New arrival : Domaine I Santi

We have just received at Livre de Cave the wines from Domaine I Santi, a confidential estate located in Bonifacio, at the southernmost tip of Corsica. Led by winemaker Alexis Lamunière, the vineyard covers around 2 hectares planted on an exceptional limestone terroir and has been cultivated organically and biodynamically for seven years.
The landscape is truly magnificent: a centuries-old olive tree standing at the heart of the parcel, an open view over the Mediterranean, and a preserved natural environment.

I Santi Blanc – 100% Vermentino
The emblematic grape of the Island of Beauty offers here a wine that is generous, fresh, and long on the palate, elevated by the minerality of the limestone.
