For the first time, we are delighted to welcome Tessa Laroche to Le Livre de Cave on Thursday, April 23, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM.

Come and discover Domaine Aux Moines, an iconic vineyard in Anjou-Saumur whose history dates back to the 12th century, now run by Monique and Tessa Laroche. Certified organic since 2006 and biodynamic since 2017, the estate spans 12 hectares of vines and was awarded two stars in 2026 by La Revue du Vin de France.

On this occasion, we invite you to taste in particular:

• Le Berceau des Fées, a Vin de France made from young vines.

• Savennières Roche aux Moines, an exceptional Chenin Blanc, powerful, refined, and radiant.
